My journey

Born in Beirut, trained at the ATC, based in Paris since 2020: ceramics as a calling, and as a way of passing it on.

Nadine, ceramicist, at the wheel in her Paris studio

I was born in Beirut, a cradle of art and culture, a land of sun and inspiration. It was there, from my earliest childhood, that I discovered pottery in the studio of my mother, Sana… It was through her art that I developed my own, carried by my passion and my love of clay.

It was the birth of my children that inspired me to create personalised gifts for life's happy moments (births, weddings, christenings and more), and this venture met with real success both in Lebanon and internationally. That's how I began my career as a ceramic artist - a calling that carries me every day, and one I continue to develop and share through teaching, with people of all ages.

I moved to Paris in 2020 and joined the ATC – Arts et Techniques Céramiques, where the teaching approaches the art of ceramics in its full breadth and modernity.

There, I run classes for small groups of up to four people, where together we explore various techniques: wheel-throwing, hand-building, glazing and decoration. Everything is ready to give free rein to your own creations: clay, aprons, wheels, tools and kilns. I look forward to guiding and supporting you on your creative journey.

L'Atelier de l'Oiseau Bleu is designed to offer a unique experience, where the joy of discovery and the meditative atmosphere of the space let the mind wander and your creativity express itself. Whether you're a novice or a professional, you'll find a space for learning and inspiration, where the pleasure of creating unfolds in a warm, colourful setting, over a coffee or a homemade lemonade…
